Compassionate care for everybody

Assisting adults and athletes in achieving self-acceptance by helping them heal their relationship with food, body, exercise, and themselves.

You want to feel confident, connected, and in control of your emotions, but instead you feel

  • Consumed by negative thoughts about yourself and your body.

  • Lonely and isolated

  • Uncomfortable in your body

  • Not good enough and are terrified of failure.

  • Unfulfilled in your relationships, especially your relationship with yourself.

  • You feel numb, disconnected, and frozen. Or maybe your emotions feel scary, overwhelming, and too much to handle.

Hey! I ‘m Yamilet

I enjoy helping individuals improve their relationship with themselves and find safety in their bodies. Whether you're navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, body image challenges, or seeking support as an athlete managing sports performance, excessive exercise or self-esteem, you're not alone.

I provide personalized care to adolescents, adults, and athletes to support them in navigating the obstacles and difficulties they are facing. I enjoy helping folks obtain a healthier self-image, find peace and acceptance with their body and mind, and help them break free from unhealthy coping patterns to live a more fulfilling life.
